Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from receipt of payment.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 5 business days for same-state deliveries, 3 to 6 business days interstate, and up to 8 to 14 business days for remote or rural areas. Tracking is included with all domestic shipments.

International Shipping (via DHL)
All international shipments are dispatched using DHL Express or DHL Economy Select. DHL Express takes 1 to 3 business days, while DHL Economy Select takes 4 to 6 business days. Transit times apply to major metropolitan areas, and deliveries to remote or rural regions may experience extended transit.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international shipments are subject to destination country customs regulations. Any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed at the border are the responsibility of the recipient. CAGE bears no liability for these charges.

Tracking & Liability
DHL Express and Economy Select both provide end-to-end tracking and delivery confirmation. Transit estimates exclude delays due to customs clearance, remote destinations, natural events, or government-imposed restrictions. CAGE is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond DHL’s control.
