Returns
CAGE does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or accidental order placement. In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the item is deemed faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is faulty, contact must be made within 7 days of delivery via email to hello@shopcage.com.au. Please include the order number, description of the fault, and photographic or video evidence. Upon assessment, if the item is confirmed to be faulty, CAGE will provide a refund, repair, or replacement in line with statutory obligations.
Exclusions
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect size or style selected, items worn, washed, or altered, or sale or discounted items unless faulty.
Shipping Costs
Where a product is confirmed as faulty, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by CAGE. For all enquiries, contact hello@shopcage.com.au.
